UPGRADE NOTICE!
IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT YOU FOLLOW THESE STEPS PRIOR TO INSTALLING THE UPGRADE:

This problem may be experienced by users upgrading Eek! Adder from any version prior to 8.0.1.10. If launching the setup.exe file for this upgrade causes the existing Eek! Adder installation to load instead of running the upgrade then please do the following:
  • Uninstall your current Eek! Adder installation. Doing so will not delete any of your logs or settings, so don't worry about that.
  • Run the setup.exe file again. This should make everything work out all peachy keen!
  • If you've already installed Eek! Adder, you can launch the application now. Otherwise, click the button below to install the prerequisites and run the application.

If you've previously installed Eek! Adder and are having trouble installing this as an upgrade, try uninstalling your existing version first and then try installing it again.

Setup cannot continue until all system components have been successfully installed.
A button labeled "Details" should be below it. Click on it and see if the error message starts with the following:

Component SQL Server Compact 3.5 has failed to install with the following error message:
    "Fatal error during installation. "

The following components were successfully installed:
